Product
- How long do they last?
- Usually a few days to a week depending on wear and application. See the care guide.
- Can I reuse them?
- Yes. Remove gently, clean, and wear again with fresh adhesive tabs.
- What's the difference between ready-made and custom?
- Ready-made sets include every size; custom sets are made in the size 1–5 you choose.
Ordering & FPS payment
- How do I pay?
- By FPS. At checkout, tap “Send my order on WhatsApp” and we will reply on WhatsApp with the FPS payment details.
- When is my order confirmed?
- Once we have checked your payment, we confirm on WhatsApp.
Delivery
- How much is delivery?
- Free on orders of HK$300 or more; otherwise SF Express, paid on arrival.
- When will it ship?
- Ready-made sets ship 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed; custom sets take 7–10 working days.
Returns
- Can I return a set?
- For hygiene reasons, opened or tried-on sets cannot be returned. Unopened ready-made sets can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- What if my set arrives faulty?
- Send photos on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it.
